We are looking for a K-2nd Grade teacher to support one of our partnered schools. This partnered school, believes in nurturing every childs potential through individualized learning, small class sizes, and a safe, joyful environment. They serve Kindergarten through 2nd grade students in a unique homeschool drop-off program that blends academic growth with hands-on exploration.

What Youll Do

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with early elementary standards
• Provide personalized attention in small group settings (low studentteacher ratios)
• Foster a positive classroom environment built on respect, creativity, and curiosity
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress
• Collaborate with staff to maintain safety and uphold program policies
• Create meaningful learning experiences that integrate academics with play and exploration

What Were Looking For

• Degree in Education (or related field); Teaching Certification preferred
• Experience teaching or assisting with early elementary students (K2)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for working in small classrooms or homeschool settings
• Flexible, dependable, and committed to helping children thrive
