Kindergarten Teacher 2025-2026 at GLA West Campus

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction in small and large group settings, modifying curriculum as needed.
- Collaborate daily with colleagues to monitor and support student progress.
- Develop and implement individualized scholar plans and meet with parents to discuss student growth.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Attend professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills.
- Use behavior management techniques to promote positive student outcomes.
- Administer and interpret assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education Certification with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred).
- Ability and willingness to work an extended schedule.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including low to moderate-income families.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and develop student goals.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to modify curriculum and implement accommodations effectively.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and maintaining cooperative relationships.
- Capacity to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $50,000 - $100,000, based on experience and education.
- Full Benefits covered 100% (Medical/Dental/Vision)
