The Hawaii State Department of Education is seeking a 4th grade classroom teacher. The salary range is $51,835.00 - $72,941.00 annually. The position is based in Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 and is a full-time 10-month job. The posting will remain open until 20 applications are received.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and a valid Hawaii teaching license or Emergency Hire Permit. Teachers must actively pursue Hawaii licensing requirements within each year of employment. Additional teacher salary differentials and bonuses are available for those with a Hawaii teaching license or National Board Certification.
