Job Summary We are thrilled to be opening our brand-new, state-of-the-art Celebree School in Sudbury, Massachusetts - and were looking for passionate Teachers to join our founding team! We are hiring teachers for our infant through preschool classrooms. Classroom placement will be determined based on candidate preference, experience and current needs.

Responsibilities As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to: Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps. Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures. Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors. Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebrees infant curriculum Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish. Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking Qualifications Must meet Massachusetts minimum education and experience requirements. High School Diploma or GED is required; CDA, Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. 1+ year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Background check required. Ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. Knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements Dependable and a supportive team player Why Join Us?
