*As a Lead Teacher, you will:* * Prepare our toddlers for preschool and beyond. * Inspire toddlers through our creative arts and music programs. * Celebrate milestones such as potty training, communicating, and expressing emotions. * Implement a curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development. * Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication. * Uphold the rules and regulations of Lightbridge Academy and governmental regulatory agencies about children's care, health, and safety. * Coach and mentor assistant teachers to develop a strong classroom teaching team. * Support an engaging work environment by learning, collaborating, and building co-worker relationships.

Skills: - Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including child development stages and appropriate teaching methods. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. - Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. - Organizational skills to plan and manage daily activities, maintain records, and track student progress. - Creativity in designing engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles.

Note: A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. Relevant experience working with young children is highly valued.
