About the Role
As a Lead Infant/ Toddler Teacher at Merryhill School, you're responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for children. You will provide a warm, caring, joyful environment that encourages preschoolers’ natural curiosity, and instills confidence in their innate abilities.
A typical day
Teachers at our school create a warm, engaging, and creative classroom that promotes a curriculum that teaches 21st century skills of communication, collaboration, problem solving, and analysis. A lot of fun between circle time, play time, snack time should be expected.
Employment Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have 12-18 ECE Units
Has excitement, joy, and passion for working with kids
Has strong verbal and written communication skills with kids, employees, and parents
Cooperative, supportive, flexible, organized
Able to create positive classroom community and build relationships with students
Has a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
