Summary
We are looking for a dedicated early educator to join the team at our Reggio Emilia inspired school where our community culture lifts up our educators, students, and families. We operate a small toddler classroom (1.5-3y/o) and are looking for the right co-teacher to help lead the classroom. We are an intimate school that serves a diverse and inclusive population, and we always work as a team to support all learners and families. Staff have reported this model of teaching and PD to be helpful in their private and professional lives.
Teachers help create a caring and safe environment for the children and assist in activities to improve the overall care and quality of education. She/he/they must be able to communicate, listen and work well with others in a team environment. We work together to implement a quality educational program and develop positive relationships with each other. Teachers are also responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities based on children's interests and needs.
