ECE Assistant Teacher Kirkwood Campus Full-Time, 8:15am - 5:30pm Infants Room

Christ Community Lutheran School has an opening to join our Early Childhood Education team as a full-time Assistant Teacher in our Infants Room. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both infants and toddlers, from six weeks old up to 18 months. Core Values Christ-centered People-focused Excellence-driven Future-directed Infants Room Assistant Duties Assist lead teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for children Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children Assist with diapering, feeding, and other basic care needs Use technology for professional development and communication with parents and team members Collaborate with lead teacher and other staff members to create a positive and supportive team environment Stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds Schedule Standard full-time hourly schedule is 8:15 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Both a morning break and an afternoon break are provided Total working time: 40 hours per week Position runs approx.
