Teacher pay rate: $14-$20 per hour
Pay rate is determined by relevant education and experience. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience will be paid at the lower end of the range. Candidates with EDU 119 to an associate’s degree in early childhood education or a related field may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may be paid at the higher end of the range.
About Foundations Early Learning Center:
We help children reach their full potential, with school readiness, socialization, literacy, problem-solving, self-esteem and other life skills at the center of our focus. Foundations provides premier infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, school-age, and summer camp programs for children 6 weeks to 12 years. Our programs utilize the nationally-recognized, award-winning Creative Curriculum® with a focus on STEAM in our classrooms.

Teacher Responsibilities :
Implement our curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.
Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
CDA or EDU119 coursework required.
AA degree in ECE or a related field is preferred.
At least 6 months experience in licensed childcare required
1 year or more experience in licensed childcare preferred
