Responsibilities:

• Create nurturing and stimulating environment for infants
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
• Track and report on infant development and progress
• Maintain open communication with parents and provide appropriate feedback
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures
• Manage nap and feeding schedules
• Participate in staff and training meetings

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Infant Teacher or similar role
• Knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Exceptional communication and instructional skills
• Patience, flexibility and love for children
• Strong organizational and team working skills
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

P & C is a Group Family daycare a class C3 licensed organization within the State of Minnesota. Our license allows care for children to include toddlers, school-age children, and infants. We are all onto ourselves. This is good because it allows our children their autonomy and space and provides them with the identity of another home away from home.
