Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Infant Teacher to nurture, educate and engage with the children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, a patient demeanor, and a strong understanding of early childhood development. The Infant Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, fostering a nurturing environment, and building positive relationships with students and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Teacher will develop and implement a creative and engaging curriculum for toddler students
  • Teachers will use a variety of educational techniques, such as storytelling and educational play, to teach students basic skills
  • Teacher will observe each student to assess their progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Teacher will encourage social interaction and conflict resolution among students
  • Teacher will foster the development of artistic and practical skills through hands-on activities
  • Teacher will communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress
  • Teacher will collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment
  • Teacher will maintain a clean and safe classroom environment

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2 years experience with students
  • Education Degree such as BA, or BS in Early Childhood Education or relevant field Required
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and preschool educational methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mediate conflicts and handle challenging behaviors
  • Friendly, patient, and reliable demeanor
