Infant Teacher

Duties

• Be a caring motherly type teacher for infants
• Be a team player and work as one positive team
• Carry out infants meal plans, feeding schedule, nap times and circle time
• Implement monthly STEM program (course material provided)
• Create a safe, loving welcoming, classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff to foster positive relationships and support child development
• Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet infant needs
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom

Experience

• Previous experience working with infants is highly desirable
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential
• Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management
• Clear communication skills, to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff
• Ability to use iPads efficiently

Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
