We are seeking patient, attentive, and nurturing professionals to teach in our infant room, caring for children ages 8 weeks to 18 months . Infant teachers will design developmentally appropriate schedules and routines that balance physical activity, rest, and exploration. Leads are responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and developmental progress of each child.

Additional responsibilities include diapering, bottle feeding, cleaning, and sanitizing toys and classroom spaces to maintain a clean, engaging, and secure environment that supports each infant's growth.

Ajax Cubs provides care for children ages 8 weeks to 5 years old , with classrooms for infants (Panda Den), toddlers (Lions Den), and preschoolers . Located in Aspen, CO , our program embraces the natural beauty of our surroundings to create a unique early childhood experience . As a newer organizationhaving opened our first classrooms in January 2023 we are building a team of professionals who are passionate about shaping a high-quality, community-rooted early childhood program .

(Responsibilities) Job Duties Providing care for children, such as setting schedules and routines, grooming, feeding, diapering, and cleaning rooms and toys. Developing and encouraging age-appropriate learning and socialization to ensure children meet their milestones Maintaining a safe workplace by monitoring children for health, behavioral, and emotional issues and reporting concerns to staff and parents. Keeping relevant records for child care regulators.

Some college coursework in Early Childhood Education is encouraged but not required. Candidates must also meet Colorado state requirements for Infant Room Lead as outlined in regulation 7.702.45.B .
