About the Position:
Were hiring both full-time and part-time Infant Teachers to join our caring, energetic team. You'll work with infants ranging from 2 months to 18 months, helping to create a warm, safe, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Whether you're looking for a consistent full-time role or a flexible part-time schedule, we have a spot for you!

Responsibilities:

• Nurture and care for infants daily needs (feeding, diapering, napping)
  
  
• Build strong, loving bonds and provide responsive caregiving
  
  
• Plan and engage infants in age-appropriate, sensory-rich activities
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
  
  
• Document developmental milestones and daily notes
  
  
• Communicate with families using our parent app
  
  
• Collaborate with your co-teachers and leadership team
  
  
• Attend meetings and participate in ongoing training opportunities
  
  

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED (CDA or ECE coursework preferred)
  
  
• Experience with infants in a licensed childcare setting (preferred)
  
  
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks
  
  
• A calm, nurturing, and dependable presence
  
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
  
  
• A growth mindset and love for early learning
