Job Title: Assistant Infant Teacher
Schedule: Monday Friday, Day Shift (No Nights or Weekends)
Pay Range: $15.50 $17.00/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a nurturing, patient, and dependable Assistant Infant Teacher to join our team! In this role, youll support the lead teacher in creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily care and supervision of infants (feeding, diapering, comforting, etc.)
• Support lesson plans and age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Build positive relationships with infants, families, and team members
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and licensing requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with infants
• Associate's degree/CDA or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
