The Infant Teacher will be responsible for providing a nurturing and safe setting for infants. This position will implement age-appropriate programs and activities, provide guidance to support the physical, social and emotional development of the children, and create a positive learning environment. Infant Teacher Duties and Responsibilities Provide an environment that is safe, positive, nurturing, and respectful of the children Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum Observe and assess the development of the children Participate in parent-teacher conferences Maintain proper records, including documenting observations and milestones Ensure all safety regulations are followed Maintain a clean and organized classroom Model appropriate behaviors for children Work with a team of teachers to ensure a cohesive and quality learning environment Infant Teacher Requirements and Qualifications Associate or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Knowledge of child development and curriculum development Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to develop and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum Able to work collaboratively with a team Previous experience working with infants or toddlers
