Lighted Window Early Learning Center is a nurturing, play-based, and inclusive early childhood education center, committed to providing high-quality care and developmental support for infants. We’re looking for a dedicated *Infant Teacher* to join our team and help create a safe, loving, and engaging environment for children aged *10 weeks to 16 months*.

*Summary*

As an Infant Care Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a warm and nurturing environment for young learners. Your contributions will help shape their early educational experiences and support their growth and development.

*Responsibilities (Just a few)*

* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play. * Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. * Foster meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support each child's development. * Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. * Assess children's progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. * Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum and share best practices. * Ensure all practices comply with California Community Care Licensing regulations

*Requirements*

* *12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units required*, with *at least 3 units in Infant/Toddler Development* * Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed child care setting * Must be at least 18 years old * *Must meet all California Community Care Licensing requirements*, including, but not limited to: * Live Scan fingerprint clearance * Health screening and current negative TB test * Mandated Reporter training * Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification

* Full-Time * Monday through Friday * *9:00 AM – 6:00 PM*
