Join Our Team as an Infant Room Assistant Teacher! Are you a nurturing, experienced early childhood educator with a passion for supporting the growth of infants in their earliest stages of development? The Goddard School of Collegeville is seeking a dedicated Infant Room Assistant Teacher to join our caring team and provide a warm, responsive environment for children ages 3 months to 1 year.
In this essential role, youll help create a safe, loving, and stimulating space where our youngest learners can explore, connect, and thrive. Youll play a key part in supporting their early milestones, forming meaningful bonds with each child, and building trusted partnerships with families.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and supervision for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Implement age-appropriate activities that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of infants. Develop and maintain daily schedules that include feeding, napping, and playtime routines. Observe and document each childs growth and developmental milestones. Communicate verbally and in-writing with parents about their childs progress, behavior, and daily experiences Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom that meets health and safety regulations. Assist with basic care tasks, such as feeding, diapering, and helping infants with motor skill development. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Attend staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and training sessions as required.
