Gymboree Play & Music is the world's leading parent-child interactive play, music, and arts program for children ages newborn to five years. For almost 50 years, Gymboree has been bringing play, music, arts, and learning to families across the United States and around the world!

Responsibilities

• Programming
• Facilitate parent-child interactive activities.
• Classes include age appropriate play activities on our custom designed play equipment, songs, parachute play, and bubbles.
• Music classes involve instrument activities, singing, dancing, and exploring a variety of music styles from around the world. Candidates must possess music background to teach Gymboree Music classes.
• Lesson plan according to Gymboree curriculum.
• Customer Service
• Be responsible for maintaining successful classes with new and current families being knowledgeable in teaching and programming to help grow classes.
• Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, greet and service customers.

Operations

• Work with our online class scheduling software to help facilitate classes for families and update accounts.
• Attend designated staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain site standards, including, but not limited to: cleaning, stocking, and pricing of merchandise, and helping with equipment set changes.
• Note: Gymboree Play & Music provides all training necessary.

Hours

Part-time available. Classes held weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Must be available to work at least one weekend day.

Compensation

Teacher pay rate is $18-20 per hour depending on experience. Free Gymboree Play & Music classes for your child.

Gymboree Play & Music - San Diego is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
