Full-Time Specialized Instruction for Young Learners

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Special Education professional to serve students with diverse abilities in an early childhood setting. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping young learners thrive both academically and socially by delivering individualized, evidence-based support.

As an LBS1-certified educator, you will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, school leaders, and families to create and execute customized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). You will deliver focused instruction, adjust learning materials for accessibility, and monitor student growth through ongoing assessments. The role also involves documenting student progress, maintaining open lines of communication with caregivers and school teams, and actively engaging in professional development to remain aligned with evolving special education practices.

Requirements Prior experience working with diverse learners and developing IEPs. Demonstrated experience in an academic setting, preferably in special education. Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) from an accredited college or university. Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an LBS1 endorsement (required; no alternative certifications accepted).
