This specialist provision supports pupils aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, often alongside additional learning or behavioural challenges. The school is part of a progressive multi-academy trust that champions trauma-informed practice, relational teaching, and inclusive education. With small class sizes, a strong pastoral team, and a therapeutic approach to behaviour, the school provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where students are supported to thrive both academically and emotionally. This is a full-time, temporary role starting in September 2025, with a strong likelihood of bing permanent for the right candidate.
