Position Details: Discover an exciting opportunity as a Homebound High School Special Education Teacher! The Homebound Teacher provides individualized instruction to students who are unable to attend school due to medical, emotional, or disciplinary reasons. This position requires working collaboratively with classroom teachers, parents/guardians, and support staff to ensure continuity of instruction and alignment with the student's educational plan. Instruction is typically delivered in the home or alternative setting, with flexible scheduling based on the student needs.
