Summary:

What You'll Do:
•Plan and execute rigorous lessons aligned to Common Core and unit objectives
•Create a structured, engaging classroom culture rooted in high expectations
•Use data daily to drive instruction, track progress, and adjust pacing
•Communicate consistently with families and school stakeholders on scholar progress
•Uphold behavioral standards, classroom routines, and student engagement protocols
•Collaborate with peers and school leaders to drive academic and culture goals

Experience You'll Need:
•Bachelor's degree and valid CA Single Subject teaching credential
•Authorization to teach EL/SDAIE learners
•Proven record or strong indicators of success in urban school environments
•Commitment to working in underserved communities and eliminating educational disparity
•Bilingual abilities (Spanish) a plus
