Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Ga Pre K Lead Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging childrens intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
  • Design a daily and weekly schedule
  • Provide basic care and caregiving activities
  • Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
  • Communicate with parents and update them on their childrens activities
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
  • Strong understanding of child development
  • Patient, kind, and nurturing
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or possess a Bachelor's Degree in another field but have also obtained an Associate's Degree in ECE, a Technical College Diploma or Certificate in ECE, a Montessori Teaching Diploma accredited by MACTE, or a valid Preschool CDA credential, and can pass a background check.

Your role involves creating a nurturing and positive environment for our children and their families, fostering strong bonds and supporting their comprehensive development. You will be responsible for designing and executing learning experiences that encompass a broad range of developmental areas, including physical health, social-emotional growth, cognitive skills, and creative expression. Moreover, you'll conduct regular assessments to monitor the children's progress, tailoring the curriculum to meet the individual needs of each child, including those with disabilities. Upholding health and safety protocols is paramount in your role, ensuring a secure and clean environment by adhering to strict procedures for hygiene, food handling, illness management, and child supervision. Your dedication to these responsibilities will be instrumental in guiding our young learners towards a bright future.
