Trinity Lutheran Preschool is a church-operated and year-round preschool, established in 2012. We are committed to provide children with a high quality, fun-loving and well-rounded CHRISTIAN MONTESSORI preschool education.

Desired Qualifications:

12 ECE units OR 6 units with current enrollment for 6 ECE units.

Montessori or Early Childhood training and experience, a plus

Authorized to work in the United States

FULL TIME Teacher (8:30-5:30)

Team teaching with 4 other teachers for 28 children (see responsibilities below)

Professional Qualities:

Possess curriculum development/implementation experience

Team player, positive role model, strong work ethic and take-charge attitude

Independent, creative, fun-loving and kind

Responsible and prompt

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Solid computer skills

Responsibilities:

Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being

Prepare shelves and board with appropriate jobs and display

Plan lessons based on school curriculum

Circle time - present songs, finger play and movement activities

Hold Parent Conferences to share observations, based on records and assessment

Maintain cleanliness and documentation requirements
