We are seeking two dedicated and passionate Preschool and Infant/Toddler teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This position requires creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of childhood development principles to effectively educate and engage preschool-aged children.

*Qualifications*

* `1-3 years teaching experience. * -Must meet all MSDE Requirements * -Participating in MD Excels Credentialing Program at level 3 or higher * -Willingness to take early childhood trainings * -Dedication and Passion for children * -Ability to keep a neat and organized classroom * -Available to work between the hours of 7:30 am-6 pm. 9 hours per day only * Please bring your qualification card to the interview.

*Duties*

* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning in areas such as math, literacy, and social skills. * Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. * Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive atmosphere conducive to learning. * Provide individualized attention to children to support their unique developmental needs. * Monitor children's progress and behavior, implementing behavior management strategies as necessary. * Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative educational experience. * Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and social growth through play-based learning.
