About You You are an experienced toddler educator who:
Has a strong professional background working with toddlers (ages 18 months3 years), ideally with 2 or more years in a structured classroom setting Brings formal training in Early Childhood Education or a related field (CDA, Associates, or Bachelors degree preferred) Is passionate about creating a safe, loving, and engaging space where young children can build early skills, develop independence, and form trusting relationships Works well as part of a team, communicates clearly, and thrives in a positive, collaborative school culture What Youll Do As a Toddler Teacher at our school, you will:
Design and deliver playful, age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, physical, and language development Create a safe and nurturing classroom where toddlers feel secure and excited to learn Partner closely with families and colleagues to ensure strong communication and a shared focus on each childs well-being Why Join Us At The Goddard School, we are proud to offer: Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Winter Break!
