The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to educating children through play-based learning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote growth and learning.

*Duties*

* Educate children on various subjects, including basic math, language skills, and social interactions. * Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. * Create a safe and inclusive environment for all students, including those with disabilities. * Provide care for infants as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being. * Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns. * Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. * Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

*Qualifications*

* Experience working with students in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred. * Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential. * Skills in behavior management to address various classroom situations effectively. * Previous experience in childcare roles such as babysitting or nannying is a plus. * Ability to work well with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities. * A nurturing attitude and strong communication skills are necessary for building relationships with both children and parents. * Relevant certifications in early childhood education or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
