Job Description
Summary
At Readers 2 Leaders Academy, we don’t just teach—we inspire, empower, and uplift!
We’re a high-energy, education-first day program where kids grow into confident readers and future leaders—and we want YOU to be part of the magic!
We’re looking for passionate educators who love making a difference in AND out of the classroom. If you believe learning should be fun, kindness is key, and giving back is part of the job, you’ll fit right in.

Ready to lead, read, and serve? Let’s grow together!
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Substitute Teachers to join our team and support student learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
You’ll implement lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, and ensure a supportive and engaging environment for all learners.
Ideal candidates are passionate about education, adaptable across subjects, and skilled in fostering student growth.
Duties
Deliver instructional plans prepared by the regular teacher to maintain classroom continuity and learning goals.
Maintain a well-managed classroom by applying effective behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes active participation and student success.
