Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with supervision, activity setup, clean-up, and routines (diapering, meals, naps, transitions).
- Build relationships with children across age groups while maintaining familiarity with each room’s expectations.
- Follow DHS supervision rules, including sight-and-sound observation at all times.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitization standards are upheld when transitioning between rooms.
Classroom Expectations:
- Ability to follow multiple routines and communicate effectively with multiple teachers
- Reinforce consistent behavior expectations across age groups
- Reliable presence during teacher breaks, absences, or transitions
Requirements
