Responsibilities:

- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddlers and preschoolers. - Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment. - Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and behavior. - Utilize knowledge of early childhood education to support children's development. - Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team. - Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
