Summary:
Seeking a dynamic English Teacher to lead instruction across grades 9-12 in a college preparatory, Catholic educational setting. This role is ideal for educators committed to fostering faith, scholarship, and character while inspiring a diverse student body. What You'll Do:
•Teach English literature, writing, and composition aligned to college-prep standards
•Develop engaging, standards-based lesson plans that foster deep thinking and growth
•Create a structured, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
•Collaborate with department and school leaders to enhance curriculum and instruction
•Integrate educational technology and digital platforms into instruction
•Attend staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
•Support the school mission through co-curricular participation and faith-driven engagement

Experience You'll Need:
•Bachelor's degree in English or related field required (Master's preferred)
•Minimum 1 year of high school teaching experience preferred
•Valid teaching credential strongly preferred
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
•Understanding of Catholic education and the Marianist values is a plus
