Job Summary

Under the immediate direction of the school principal, is responsible for the academic, social, and psychological growth of students in the classroom. Collaborates with school personnel, parents, and community agencies to provide quality instructional programs and to perform other duties directly related to this position description.

Qualifications

Please attach verification of current enrollment in a regionally-accredited four-year California college or university. This may be verified by an original letter from the registrar of the office of admissions, or official transcripts showing current work in progress (Satisfy the Basic Skills requirement)

• Copy of Transcript (Minimum of 90 semester units, in addition to satisfy the basic skills requirement)

• Tuberculosis Clearance
• Mandated Reporter Training (within the first 6 weeks of employment)

Salary Info

$240 for a full day teaching if you possess a Substitute Permit
