K–5 Certified Teachers Location: Dearborn, MI Position Type: Full-Time - multiple openings Grades: Kindergarten through 5th Grade Start Date:  Fall 2025

A public charter school in Dearborn is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated K–5 Certified Teachers to join its growing elementary team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a student-centered environment that values academic achievement, character development, and instructional excellence.

Responsibilities Include:

Creating and implementing engaging, standards-based lesson plans in core subject areas

Supporting the social and emotional development of young learners in a positive classroom environment

Using data to assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs

Communicating regularly with parents and guardians to support student success

Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to foster a strong school community

Participating in professional development and school events

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

Valid Michigan Elementary Teaching Certification (K–5 or K–8 all subjects, with self-contained classroom experience preferred)

Experience working with elementary-aged students

Strong classroom management and communication skills
