Primary Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver daily lessons aligned with grade-level standards for ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies across Grades 35.
Design differentiated instruction to accommodate multiple learning levels within one classroom.
Integrate project-based learning, technology tools, and hands-on activities to enrich the learning experience.
Develop and implement daily schedules and classroom routines that balance whole-group, small-group, and individualized instruction.
Conduct regular student assessments (formative and summative) and adjust instruction accordingly.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom culture where students feel respected and valued.
Support social-emotional learning, character development, and positive behavior through daily guidance and reinforcement.
Maintain accurate records for attendance, grades, and student progress reports.
Communicate effectively and consistently with parents and school staff regarding student performance and classroom updates.
Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as scheduled.
Supervise students during lunch, recess, transitions, and dismissal as part of daily duties.
Other duties as needed.
