We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves developing and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents and staff to support each child's educational journey. The teacher will work with diverse groups of students, including those with special needs, ensuring that all learners receive the support they require to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Assess and evaluate student progress through standardized testing and other assessment tools
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment
• Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with autism and special education requirements
• Mentor students in their academic and personal development
• Incorporate learning technology into lessons to enhance student engagement
• Plan and teach physical education classes, promoting health and wellness among students
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and classroom management strategies
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities
• Maintain an organized classroom environment that supports literacy education, math skills, and overall childhood development

• Strong proofreading skills for lesson plans and educational materials
• Experience in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education

• Familiarity with library services to support literacy initiatives in the classroom
