About the Role
As a Multi-Campus Teacher, you will support our Mission Viejo and Laguna Niguel campuses. This role offers the chance to engage with elementary students across various classrooms (grades K–5) while providing support to teachers and campus staff.
Each day may look a little different, whether assisting with classroom supervision, supporting instruction, or stepping in as a lead teacher when needed, your flexibility and enthusiasm will play a big role in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (10-Month School Year)
Salary: $54,000-$62,000
What You'll Do
Provide instructional and supervision support across multiple grade levels
Step in as a lead teacher during staff absences
Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student learning
Assist with classroom behavior management and organization
Support general campus operations as needed
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required
Prior teaching or classroom experience preferred
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, flexibility, and a love for working with children
