QUALIFICATIONS : Must be qualified and certified to teach in the State of Michigan and possess the necessary educational background and certification for the position, as determined by the District. Possess a Michigan Teaching Certificate with one of the following endorsements: ZG (K-5), ZO (PK-3), ZP (3-6) Be willing and able to deliver effective classroom instruction that results in student learning and growth. Have a strong desire to work with elementary school-aged students and their parents. Be willing to participate in a variety of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities, including staff development, curriculum development, and clubs. Be willing to work as part of a building team for the improvement of instruction and to produce successful learners. Be open to continuous change. Be an excellent communicator with students, parents, and colleagues. Demonstrate mental/physical ability and stamina for meeting the requirements of the position. Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.

SALARY : Per DEA Master Agreement
