Job Summary:

We are seeking a committed and passionate Elementary Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and effective learning environment, delivering standards-based instruction, and supporting student growth through data-driven practices. This role requires collaboration with colleagues and families to ensure student success and development.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or related field
Valid Arizona Elementary Teaching Certificate or appropriate certification
Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
SEI (Structured English Immersion) Endorsement preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
Deliver instruction aligned to the approved curriculum and state/district standards
Design and adapt lesson plans and instructional materials to meet diverse student needs
Clearly communicate learning objectives using organized, age-appropriate language
Facilitate small- and large-group instruction using research-based best practices
Integrate technology to support and enhance instruction
Assess and monitor student academic progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Maintain accurate and complete records in compliance with state and federal regulations
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and needs
Collaborate in team reviews to discuss interventions for at-risk or low-performing students

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform tasks that involve physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting
May occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force, frequently up to 20 pounds, and regularly up to 10 pounds
Must be able to work in environments with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, ventilation, and classroom-related conditions
