Summary:
This is a full-time classroom teaching role responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing curriculum-aligned instruction for assigned students. Ideal for a credentialed teacher with strong classroom management skills and the ability to support a diverse student population. This role requires active collaboration with support staff and administration to ensure student success and compliance with state standards and district policies.

What You’ll Do:
• Design, plan, and implement daily lessons and instructional activities
• Monitor student academic progress and adjust instruction based on assessments
• Manage classroom behavior and enforce school-wide expectations
• Collaborate with support staff, participate in IEP or student study meetings
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding academic progress
• Participate in staff development, faculty meetings, and professional learning communities

Experience You’ll Need:
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Valid California Education Specialist Credential Mild/Moderate or Intern Credential w/EL authorization
• Prior classroom teaching or student teaching experience
• Familiarity with differentiated instruction and assessment methods
• Understanding of IEP processes and student-centered learning strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
