Key Responsibilities:

Wellness & PE Instruction

• Teach courses aligned with middle school PE standards.
• Develop and implement the school's Wellness Program, incorporating the 9 Dimensions of Wellness.
• Design engaging physical activities that promote lifelong fitness habits and align with state and national PE standards.
• Adapt instruction to support students with diverse needs, including those with IEPs and 504 plans, as needed.
• Establish a safe and structured environment that promotes student participation and engagement.
• Integrate health education components into PE instruction to foster a holistic approach to wellness.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform auxiliary duties as assigned to support school operations and student success.
