*Position Overview:*
We are seeking teacher who will engage students in their field of study, including Latin, Math, History, Literature, and Science through the lens of the classical Christian tradition, fostering academic rigor while integrating solid Christian values. As a member of the Brookside faculty, you will guide students not only in their academic pursuits but also in their spiritual development, equipping them for a life of faith and learning.

* *Classroom Discipleship:* Cultivate a positive, orderly classroom where students thrive academically and spiritually.
* *Assessment and Feedback:* Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback in a timely manner.
* *Collaboration:* Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to develop a cohesive, rigorous curriculum.
* *Communication:* Build strong relationships with students and parents, providing regular updates on academic and spiritual development.
* *Spiritual Formation:* Integrate biblical truths throughout the curriculum and encourage students in their personal walk with Jesus.
* *Professional Growth:* Actively engage in professional development and continually grow as an educator and a disciple of Christ.
*Qualifications:* * *Education:* Bachelor's degree in relevant field [Education, History, English, Math, Theology]; Master's degree in related field is a plus.
* *Experience:* Previous teaching experience in a Christian or Classical school is preferred but not required.
* *Skills:* Strong communication skills, classroom discipleship, and the ability to cultivate a collaborative, Christ-centered learning environment.
* *Personal:* A mature Christian faith, with a desire to integrate biblical principles into teaching. A posture of humility, teachability, and a commitment to the school's mission.
