What You’ll Do: As a Certified Teacher, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging instruction that supports the academic and social growth of every student. Using school-provided resources—and your own creativity—you’ll lead core classes, provide individualized feedback, and maintain consistent communication with students and families.

In this role, you will: - Create meaningful lesson experiences using provided curriculum materials and instructional best practices - Establish a safe, positive, and academically focused classroom - Provide consistent, clear communication to students and parents via phone, email, and messaging - Offer daily office hours to support student learning and success - Grade assignments within 24–48 hours and offer personalized feedback - Manage online discussions, daily course announcements, and advisory sessions - Track and document student progress, concerns, and parent communications - Support IEP and 504 compliance - Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives - Support clubs and electives programming on Fridays

Weekly Schedule Overview: Monday – Thursday: - 7:45 AM – 8:00 AM: Arrival - 8:00 AM – 9:05 AM: Class #1 - 9:07 AM – 9:20 AM: Advisory - 9:20 AM – 9:30 AM: Transition - 9:30 AM – 10:35 AM: Class #2 - 10:35 AM – 10:45 AM: Transition - 10:45 AM – 11:50 AM: Class #3 - 11:50 AM – 12:30 PM: Dismissal - 12:30 PM – 2:55 PM: Office Hours

Friday: - 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Office Hours / Clubs / Electives

What You Bring: - A current Arizona Standard Professional Teaching Certificate with an endorsement - A valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card - A Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (required) - Prior experience teaching middle or high school students (preferred) - A passion for using technology to support diverse learners - Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills - A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual learning tools
