Your Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
- Cultivate a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning space where children feel inspired to explore and grow.
- Advance intellectual and physical development through hands-on, play-based activities.
- Foster social-emotional growth and provide positive guidance with kindness and empathy.
- Build strong, trusting partnerships with families to support each child's learning journey.
- Work in well-run, responsive classrooms that adapts to the unique needs of every learner.
- Demonstrate professionalism, modeling lifelong learning and a collaborative spirit.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Colorado
- Experience teaching in a licensed early childhood center (preferred)
- Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of young children's social, emotional, and cognitive needs
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with young children
- $21.00 - $25.00 per hour.
- $500 salary increase every year you're with us! Plus an annual cost-of-living increase!

- Our school is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- We can work with your schedule, offering early, late, or full-day shifts.
