This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ELC teacher ready to step into a leadership role and truly make a difference. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in both Judaic and early childhood education, along with inspiring leadership skills and a collaborative, team-centered mindset.
In this role, you'll shape meaningful curriculum, mentor an amazing team of educators, build deep relationships with families, and play a key role in accreditation and program development. Your vision and heart will help grow our nurturing, joyful community.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Well-versed in Jewish tradition
- Connected to the Buffalo Grove / Chicago Area
- Experienced ECE teacher
- Knowledgeable of ECE Regulations or eager to learn
Benefits:
- $50,000 - $60,000 Annually
