• Crafting lesson plans that align with the Florida Standards while encouraging creativity and discovery
• Creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space where every child feels safe and seen
• Adapting teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each learner
• Observing and tracking development while celebrating every milestone
• Collaborating with a supportive team that values fun, growth, and heart

Experience:

• 18 years old
• GED or High School Diploma
• Previous Experience a plus but not required, we can train a motivated and dedicated person.
