Strong understanding of Early Childhood Development theory Excellent communication and listening skills Experience in multicultural environments (preferred) Ability to obtain Registry Certificate within 90 days WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Early Head Start Teacher, you'll create a nurturing environment for children ages 0-3 by: Designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum Providing responsive primary care for infants and toddlers Creating safe, clean, and culturally responsive learning spaces Ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and Early Head Start Standards Supporting each child's unique cultural background and learning style Promoting social-emotional development and resilience Challenging deficit-based narratives about children and families WHO WE ARE At Reach Dane, we're reimagining early childhood education as a powerful tool for social transformation.
