Requirements / Qualifications
Certification (Proof of Child Dev Permit(PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A CERTIFICATE AS PROOF OF A PERMIT))
CPR/First Aid Certification (Proof of Current Pedriatic Certificate)
Letter(s) of Recommendation ((*Three Dated and Signed Current Letters of Recommendation-Current is 2024 to present) ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.)
Other (Proof of BA/BS Degree Posted on transcripts)
