Hope Montessori Academy in Westminster, Broomfield, and Thornton is seeking Early Childhood Teachers to join our growing team!

We are proud to provide high quality Montessori education to children ages 6 weeks through 12 years. We provide a supportive team environment and ensure an exceptional childcare and educational program for the children in our schools. We are immediately hiring for the following communities within our schools:

  • Infants (ECT's and Assistants)
  • Toddlers/Two's (ECT's and Assistants)
  • Primary (Montessori trained, ECT's and Assistants)

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • has experience working with young children (preferred)
  • is able to work full time hours and be flexible with schedule (preferred)
  • wants to find a place to grow professionally
  • is warm, kind, dependable, and has a strong work ethic
  • comes to us with teamwork in mind and has strong communication skills
  • is well organized and strong problem-solving ability
  • loves children!

All childcare candidates who receive an offer of employment will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screening test. Experience in a Montessori school is not required.
