Role responsibilities: -  Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds - Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play. - Communicate regularly with parents, sharing the children's achievements and latest adventures - Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens seamlessly - Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals as a team

Qualifications: - ECT Qualified - CPR and First Aid preferred - Demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) - 1 Year of Professional teaching preferred - Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role

Do You:

Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?

Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?

Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
